The project of manufacturing rechargeable battery containers was implemented by Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company in October 10. At the end of June, Hai Long successfully exported the last container to Hokaido - Japan, thereby completing the Battery Container Manufacturing Project for Sumitomo Electric Industry Corporation.
This is a project that requires high technology and short production time, so it is difficult for a business to implement. Before participating in the project, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company cooperated with a number of Vietnamese mechanical factories and had to undergo fierce competition with experienced Chinese enterprises in manufacturing. Containers with a team of skilled workers, large factories, available supplies of accessories at low prices, good quality. Finally, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company, SSG, LGMEC Group mechanical factory were honored to be selected as production units for Sumitomo customer's Battery Container Manufacturing Project.
When they first joined the project, all three companies had no experience in container manufacturing, and did not have the necessary supply of components, accessories, machinery and specialized equipment. However, over the time of cooperation, the three companies gradually asserted their capabilities when jointly learning and researching to manufacture JIG jigs, methods to ensure product quality and closely combine them with each other. Closely with customers to transfer technology, control quality, cost. After nearly a year of production and continuous improvement, all 72 containers of rechargeable batteries have been completed by Hai Long / SSG / LGMEC Group on time as committed to customers Sumitomo and are being installed in Hokkaido in the mold. the largest solar power plant construction project here.

The letter was supposed to be sent directly to Hai Long's representative during the project visit, but due to the Covid-45 situation, it could only be sent online. At the same time, the parties also held an online review meeting. Sumitomo customers have expressed their trust and desire to continue to cooperate with Hai Long in this field and shared the plan to implement the next 2022 containers of rechargeable batteries expected to be produced in early XNUMX. , this is a milestone marking the close cooperation between the parties, and at the same time marking the transformation of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company when participating in the high-tech container production chain for the first time.
