On May 05, 05, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company successfully organized the May 2023 Briefing Conference. The conference was attended by Mr. Pham Anh Tien - Chairman of Taiyo Group and Mr. Pham Tien Dung - General Director of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company with the Deputy General Directors and representatives from other departments of the Company.

The 05/2023 Briefing Conference is an event for departments to report and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing tasks, as well as present plans and goals for this year. Specifically, the implementation rate of the total contract value as of early May reached 81% compared to the planned target in 2023. It can be said that this is the most impressive number of the conference, when just over 5 months, the contract value achieved by Hai Long Construction has almost reached the next milestone. plan for the whole year 2023.
Also in his speech, Chairman Pham Anh Tien shared creative messages about strategic vision, along with honoring “Taiyo Group's 10 cultural features”, to orient the ship "Hai Long Construction" further on its development journey. 2023 will be an important year, a development step to create outstanding results and prepare for the plan. Celebrating 25 years of establishment of the Group – marking 1/4 century of construction and longevity of Hai Long Construction.
The final part of the Conference is the Announcement Ceremony of establishing the Electromechanical Management Department; Established Marketing department and appointed new managers of the Company. We would like to congratulate 7 new managers who have been appointed to important positions. Specifically:

- Mr. Pham Ngoc Luong - Deputy Head of Mechanical and Electrical Management Department.

- Mr. Le Ngoc Thang - Commander.
- Mr. Pham Duc Van - Head of Marketing Department.
