- Regarding wastewater treatment systems, The drainage system is separated into two systems: rainwater drainage system, domestic water drainage system and industrial wastewater drainage system. Industrial wastewater from factories before being discharged into the general wastewater collection system of the entire area must meet the value of Column C, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. After that, it is transported to the centralized wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 6.000m3/day and night. The treated wastewater reaches the value of Column A, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT discharged into the environment. Currently, the Industrial Park has completed phase 1 of the wastewater treatment project with a capacity of 4.000m3/day and night.

Currently, Hoa Phu industrial park has cleared approximately 203,9 hectares of land, attracting 22 investment enterprises. Including 15 FDI projects and 07 DDI projects, with a total area of 105 hectares/140 hectares of industrial land, total investment capital of more than 400 million USD. 18/22 investors have been granted investment licenses, 12/22 businesses have gone into production operations with an estimated 1.500 employees. The industrial park achieved an occupancy rate of 75%.
