The project will start construction in May 5 and is expected to be completed in November 2022 by the Provincial Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board. According to design, the regional link route has 2 sections. Currently this section is being sanded, there are still a few households that have not been relocated and are located on the route.
Section 2, more than 38 km long, includes the main route connecting from Yen Binh intersection (Pho Yen city) to Provincial Road 261 in Dai Tu district and 2 branch routes connecting to Vinh Phuc province.
In particular, section 2 from Yen Binh intersection (city Pho Yen) to the intersection with the branch route to Vinh Phuc province will pass through many residential areas. Currently, the implementation speed is quite good, the road frame has been basically formed and sand and ground rollers are being poured.
Also in section 2, from the intersection of the branch route to Vinh Phuc province to Provincial Road 261, most of it goes through mountainous terrain. Although the construction encountered many difficulties, it was still implemented synchronously. Many sections of the road foundation have been spread with crushed stone.

By early March, projects along the entire route had constructed 3/11 bridges, 11/25 underground tunnels, 28/168 horizontal culverts, 191/04 retaining wall locations and completed irrigation ditches.
