In September 9, besides the joy when the GNP Nam Dinh Vu Project officially received the completion certificate from the Investor, on the construction site at Do Son Industrial Park, Hai Phong, the project construction progress Jinka Material Technology Factory – phase 3 also proudly acknowledge the initial steps of completion.
The project was built with a construction area of 35.000 square meters and a total investment value of more than 2 billion VND. Since starting construction in October 300, the project has been initially completed with the following specific items:
- Factory X3: basically completed, in the process of completing steel doors.
- Factory X4: is carrying out the work of installing cover panels and installing additional elevators.
- Factory X5: is installing the cover panel and door system.
- Factory X6: has completed the steel structure and covering architecture, and is installing additional floors as requested by the Investor.
- Factory X7: basically completed.
- At the same time, auxiliary items such as guard house, pump house, garbage house, etc. are also being completed quickly by the auxiliary construction team.
- Regarding infrastructure, the project is underway to build roads to serve production activities.
On the construction site, the Project Steering Committee has synchronously deployed solutions, closely working with the contractor joint venture in implementing items. Supervise and urge construction through the surveillance camera and security control system installed at the construction site. Images reporting the construction status are updated according to weekly reports, monthly reports, daily logs...
Construction progress is being focused on accelerating to complete the project on schedule, quickly complete the project with the right quality and put it into operation, optimizing values for the investor. but still ensure labor safety at the construction site. If we continue to maintain the current pace of work, Hai Long Construction is confident that the project will be completed and handed over to the investor on time as committed.
