Construction started in August 8, going through more than three months, the project “Snow Coast Vietnam Factory” officially entered the construction phase of steel structure installation. Under the witness of Hai Long Construction Management Board at the project and representatives of subcontractor partners, the steel structure erection ceremony was held.
Snow Coast Vietnam Factoryi Thong Nhat Industrial Cluster, Thong Nhat Commune, Hung Ha District, Thai Binh Province. The project has a total area of 65.000 m2 with construction land area of 38.000 m2, green area of 18.500 m2, total floor area of the project is 47.000 m2. The total investment of the project including equipment and machinery is up to 595 billion VND, equivalent to 25 million USD. In addition, the project has high aesthetic requirements with complex design plans, special requirements in construction, and stands out with a glass factory cover system.
According to the overall assessment updated to date, the project is being implemented according to the schedule committed to the investor. The quality of the project has been strictly inspected and evaluated to ensure that it meets specific standards and requirements, criteria for durability, safety, and other quality factors. Safety and environmental sanitation are always at a satisfactory level. Accordingly, teams continue to maintain and supplement human resources appropriate to the nature of the work for the next phase to ensure project progress.
