Kicking off the target of the last 3 months of the year, Hai Long Construction officially received good news when it became the contractor to provide materials, construct and complete the installation of Chia Teng Vietnam Factory project items, by Chia Teng (Vietnam) Company Limited is the investor, located at Lot CN05 Thai Ha Industrial Park phase 1, Bac Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province.
On October 27, the Contract Signing Ceremony & Construction Commencement Ceremony of the "Chia Teng Vietnam Factory" Project was successfully held. The ceremony took place in the excitement of the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction, representative of the Investor (Investor) - Chia Teng Vietnam Industry Co., Ltd., along with the participation of the Project Steering Committee ( Executive Committee) and many delegates, guests, and industrial park representatives.
The project "Chia Teng Vietnam Factory - phase 1" includes 01 factory, 02 warehouses, offices and other auxiliary items, built on a land area of 45.541 m2, with an area of Construction is 25.720 m2. The highlight of the project comes from the fact that the investor pays great attention to environmental protection and sustainable development. Of the total project area, the investor has reserved more than 9.000 m2 for green areas.
“Chia Teng Vietnam Factory – phase 1” is the next major project implemented by Hai Long Construction in Ha Nam besides the project “TSMT Vietnam Factory” construction started in May 05. Besides, Hai Long Construction has been undertaking many large projects and recently the project “Hai Long Steel Structure Factory” (Dai Thang Factory) – the pride of Hai Long Construction in 2023.
The project is expected to be completed in May 05. After being put into operation, it will become one of the factories manufacturing and processing plastic components in the display parts of electric vehicles and computer display parts; manufacturing and processing steel molds, in the field of supporting industries and in accordance with the province's investment attraction orientation. When the project comes into operation, it will contribute to increasing revenue for the local budget, developing and creating jobs for workers in Ha Nam Province.
